1. Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by DigitalCreed GmbH. By using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

2. Services

DigitalCreed GmbH provides digital services including but not limited to web design, development, SEO, and digital marketing. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements.

3. Client Obligations

The client is obligated to provide all necessary information and materials required for the execution of the project in a timely manner. This includes but is not limited to content, images, and access to existing systems.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, a deposit of 50% is required to start the project, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to use the delivered work. DigitalCreed GmbH retains the right to use the work for portfolio purposes.

6. Warranty and Liability

DigitalCreed GmbH warrants that the services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all information shared during the course of the project.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of work completed up to that point.

9. Changes to Terms

DigitalCreed GmbH reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website.
